There's something inspirational about spring in the Shenandoah Valley. So much so that we've been inspired to make not just one, but three of our special four layer, decadent and oh-so-yummy cakes. If you love fresh fruit and the zing of lemon, this cake is for you! Meet our Strawberry Lemon Curd Cake. 4 beautifully soft, moist layers of our classic sponge separated by homemade lemon curd and more fresh strawberries and topped with our white chocolate buttercream and (you got it!) more fresh strawberries!

This cake is for the "young of heart." To make a cake that reminds you of eating cookies with grandma, we've taken our ultimate chocolate sponge and layered it with the perfect amount of our homemade marshmallow buttercream filling. We then took the liberty to top it with our ultimate chocolate frosting, a healthy drizzling of our house-made ganache and a second drizzle of white chocolate. And last but not least, we completed our decadent cake with a dusting of crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies.
